Delivering Superior Roofing Solutions for Over 25 Years
Jupiter is the northern end of our service area and one of the most exposed. Properties along the Loxahatchee, on the island and near the inlet get sustained salt and wind with very little shelter. Metal roofing is more common here than anywhere else we work, and for good reason.
Call (954) 773-9965Standing seam metal is the specification we recommend most often on exposed Jupiter properties: it handles wind well, sheds rain fast and, with the right coating and fasteners, holds up to salt. Tile remains the choice in the planned communities, where we lift and relay over new underlayment.
Get a replacement quoteNew construction and additions, including the outdoor living structures common here. We roof from the plans, confirm the structure supports the system and file Florida Product Approvals with the town permit.
Plan a new roofFastener corrosion on older metal roofs, lifted panels after high wind, failed closures and boots, tile slipped in the newer communities. On metal, replacing fasteners and closures is often all a roof needs, and it costs a fraction of a replacement.
Call about a repairWhy Jupiter roofs are specified differently from roofs twenty miles inland.
Palm Beach County is outside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, so Florida Product Approval governs rather than Miami-Dade NOAs. Jupiter's exposure is nonetheless serious: coastal wind with little to break it, and chloride in the air along the river and the inlet that attacks every metal component continuously.
Our expertise spans every aspect of roofing, so you can trust us for:
We use only the best materials from trusted manufacturers. Whether it’s concrete or clay tile, standing seam metal, or architectural shingles, we’ll recommend options that enhance both durability and curb appeal — and that carry the Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance your roof needs to pass inspection.
Our fully licensed and insured team brings decades of combined experience to every project. We follow strict safety protocols and industry standards, ensuring your roof is built to perform and last.
We specify heavier here than the code minimum on coastal properties, because the code does not account for how much salt your particular address gets. Jupiter also has a lot of newer construction in Abacoa and the communities west of the Turnpike, where roofs are younger and the work is usually repair rather than replacement. The town handles permitting.
Storm damage claims get denied on technicalities more often than homeowners realize. We document the damage properly, meet your adjuster on site, and speak their language so your claim reflects what the roof actually needs. No pressure, no inflated scope.
Along the river and near the inlet there is very little between the water and your roof. Edge and corner zones take the highest uplift on any building, and on exposed Jupiter properties that is where failure reliably begins.
Metal handles Jupiter's wind superbly and its salt less so, unless the coating and fasteners are right. Exposed-fastener systems on coastal properties need their hardware checked periodically, because the panels almost always outlast the screws holding them.
Abacoa and the western communities are recent enough that roofs there are not near replacement. What they need is maintenance: boots, flashing, sealant and the occasional slipped tile. Selling those homeowners a replacement would be dishonest, so we do not.
We come out, walk the roof, photograph what we find, and give you a written assessment of its actual condition. No charge, no obligation, and no pressure to sign anything on the spot.
Tile, metal, shingle, or low-slope. Repair or full replacement. We lay out the options that genuinely fit your roof, your HOA requirements, and your budget — and we tell you when a repair will do instead of pushing a replacement you do not need yet.
You get a written quote with the scope, materials, and timeline spelled out line by line. No hidden fees, no surprise change orders halfway through the job.
Our own licensed crews do the work. We pull the permits, schedule the inspections, protect your landscaping and pool cage, and secure the site every night before we leave.
We magnet-sweep the property for nails, haul away every scrap of debris, and walk the finished roof with you before handing over your warranty paperwork and permit close-out.
Jupiter takes wind and salt with very little shelter, and the roofs that last here are specified for that rather than for the code minimum. Advance Quality Roofing inspects free, recommends maintenance when that is genuinely the answer, and handles the town permit when it is not.
Straight answers from licensed contractors who work in Jupiter every week.
On exposed coastal properties, often yes. It resists wind well, sheds water fast and lasts a long time. The caveat is hardware: coatings and fasteners have to be specified for salt exposure or the advantage disappears.
The Town of Jupiter building department, with Florida Product Approval for materials. We file the application and schedule inspections.
Almost always the fasteners or the closures. Screws back out, washers dry and crack, and closures degrade. Replacing them is a maintenance job, not a re-roof.
No. HVHZ applies to Broward and Miami-Dade only. Here Florida Product Approval governs, though on exposed properties we often specify above the minimum anyway.
Yes, and in the newer communities we do that regularly. If the roof needs maintenance rather than replacement, that is what the written report will say.
Completely, including photographs and a written recommendation.
Yes. We document damage before anything is touched and attend the adjuster's inspection.
Typically one to two weeks depending on size and complexity, plus permit review and inspection scheduling.
